Right?
Correct?
Correct?
Faith?
so i will be making some mistakes,
but my point of view is clear,
and i hope you will forgive me,
for taking the courage to try to speak,
for feelings that are hard to transfer to words.
so how to translate Orthi Doksa (Orthodoxy) ?
already a barrier...
"the correct way,
the one that stands above all,
to offer glory to God".
_________________________
it should be obvious,
for every thinking person,
that there must be something terribly wrong,
with both the whole world,
and all the people together
and every single person living,
something is not quite right,
we are sick, fallen down to the ground,
livings sacks of bones soon to go down to the ground,
full of pride and egos and desires,
broken pieces playing different tunes,
all in a constant war,
an invisible war...
Orthodoxy provides treatment
and shields and weapons,
and this being my first post,
i can not start differently,
than by with a very powerful both a weapon and a shield,
the Cross.
in the sight of the Cross,
all the black, dark, evil, demon forces,
just freeze,
like they do the same,
if they hear the Holy Name of our Lord, Jesus.
in the orthodox (the correct) way to make the Cross,
we unite the 3 fingers of the right hand,
the thumb, the pointing one and the middle,
3 fingers united on their tips,
since in Ortodoxy,
God is a Holy Trinity
Glory to Father (up touching the forehead)
and Glory to Son (down near the belly)
and Glory to Holy Spirit (right shoulder)
Amen (left shoulder)
(you can not have one,
with out having at the same time,
all three,
one is three and tree is one
a mystery our minds can not understand,
because we are far away from the true link
that connects and flows and unites the Holy Trinity,
which is a Love and Light,
that our eyes can not touch and see,
us being blind and deaf and dumb)
a cross is two sharp long lines
a vertical
from Up the Heavens comes down to our broken world
the Son of God, Jesus Christ,
in Flesh, a real Human, a real God,
a Perfect Human, the Creator of Everything,
the only religion in which
God does not asks me to make a sacrifice for Him,
but instead, God sacrifices Himself for me,
in to an horizontal line
of open Arms, like a forgiving hug,
on That Holy Cross,
dividing history and time,
conquering death itself with His Resurrection,
providing and showing us the
Path, Truth and Life.
